Russia SVN/UHV clarifications/help

We all have our own methods.

Personally I put a cottage on any flat grasslands west of the Urals, and generally go with windmills and watermills east of them.

it shouldn't be that hard. get five civs to friendly, then bribe them to switch or use espionage. if you get civs to switch and then try to get them to friendly i think your making it too hard on yourself.
however, i myself have never done it, but pnly because I have a hard time maintaining interest in russian games. their land is so boring lol

has anybody actually accomplished it?
