OOC: toteone, MCO is not an alliance or mutal defensive alliance of ANY sort, so if u get attacked, the other members are not obligated to defend you.

Yep... My triple alliance-networks ensures that I almost ALWAYS have something to fall back on.
The AF really declared war on both South America, APETO and the communist world (maybe) when they attacked my west-African states. The international community didn't notice however cuz' their 10 to 1 force was swatted away like flies.

The CU is reactivating the Pacific and International Stock Exchanges located in Auckland and Wellington. It is our belief that with the new trade agreement between SADETO and the CU (which is a member of APETO) will spur market development and trade to the extent that the venerable PSE and ISE founded directly after the NASE index will once again reap abundant profit.

Since SADETO the CU and APETO are mostly located but not limited to the regions around the Pacific Ocean we will begin by reintroducing the PSE to our communities (located in Wellington). The next step if this is successful is too revive the ISE located in Auckland.

For too long has the productive capitalism of the PSE and ISE not been netting a profit. (They didn't cease existing, but they've been at +/- 0 eco. per semester since the mega-update. I'm hoping that with the massed trade between SADETO and APETO that is sure to come now will jump-start these stock exchanges back to an active life... I know a LOT of countries that will make monies from this. Especially the ISE in regard to the international community. The ISE is open-theatre for everyone.)
