For the record, I am GMT -8.

I am available for play in the morning (9-11a) and the early evening (4-7p). If the save is up I can play before work (1-3a).

Note: This being the case, the earliest I can play my first turn is tomorrow morning. Maybe that will have a bearing on how you setup the turn order.

well last year our coldest day was:

(-55) degrees Celsius = -67 degrees Fahrenheit
(that was with the wind)

the weather advisory states: any exposed skin will freeze and die in under 1 minute....

Ok, so here's the turn order I propose...

1. General_W, Julius Caesar / play time: evening or morning Pacific
2. Ronnie1, Suryavarman II / play time: evening Pacific?
3. Memphus, Mana Musa / play time: always
4. Automated Teller, Qin Shi Huang / play time: evening or morning Eastern?
5. Viva_Chingon, Roosevelt / play time: Morning Pacific

Please let me know if your preferred play time is different than I've noted here. I can still adjust this turn order anytime prior to setting the game up, obviously!

I can play - I've never set up a game before, so I'd assume not do that.
