Scenario Civs

I was going to do this myself but as I have no modding experience and very little time, I thought I would post the idea here. As some of you may know, there are full civilizations that are in some of the scenarios and I thought that it would be fun to add those into the real game. These would include Denmark, Al-Andalus, Francia, and Olöf Skotkonung (Alt-leader for Sweden) [from Vikings, Traders, and Raiders!], Chola, Ghaznavid, Pala, and Tufan [from Path to Nirvana], Assyria, Hyksos, and Libya [from Gifts of the Nile], Lithuania, Volhynia, and Stanisław Potocki (Alt-leader for Poland) [from Jadwiga's Legacy], Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia [from Outback Tycoon], Castille, HRE, Edward III (Alt-leader for England), and Philip VI (Alt-leader for France) [from The Black Death], and Belgium [from War Machine]. These are all of the unique civs/leaders that I could find present in scenarios. Some of them require minor reworks to remove scenario-specific parts of their abilities, but others should be completely fine as is (I think).
