Scions Balance?

Each Scion leader has a different hero. If you play as The Risen Emperor, you get Korinna as a hero in the beginning. If you play as Korinna, you get The Emperor as a hero with... Strength of Will I think?

Hmmm, OK, thanks. The Civilopedia has it a bit messed up.

I had been trying out the Jotnar for a few games and then the computer had not randomly given me the Scion to play...so I finally just chose them.

There have been some changes since I played last and there have been some painfully long times where I could not get any Awakeneds or Reborns, but they are starting to show up again.

I reached over 4100 creepers in my current game. I've finally started deleting them.

Are you sure it's impossible to get The Risen EMperor as the Risen Emperor? Id idn't try this in my Scions game since I was spamming Awakened, but the requirements for The Emperor are a building, and a tech. The requirement for the building is a tech, and Org. I popped Org as a result from running Republic...

All the creeps in my game have been driving me nuts.

I decided to try the strategy of moving creeps and/or building haunted lands on improvements of civs I had open borders agreements with to stir things up a bit in a boring game.

I built my first haunted lands on an Archos farm. Before my Ghostwalker started, I got the warning that it might cause the Archos to declare war on me. I went ahead anyway.

Well, after 4 turns I've mended nature and I hear that magic sound of war, but it says that "I have declared war" on the Archos.

I think Hauntifying someone else's lands counts as a war declaration just as surely as pilliaging or scorching their lands does.
