Score display trouble

Does anyone know what to do when your not able to see your relationship status with the Ai?

when i let my arrow over a Ai's name i could always see how my relation was with him/her. With the green or the red sentences and + or -

But when i do this now i only see which treats he has and if he is cautious or friendly with me. but i cant see the reasons why he is that, like 'you declared war on us' or 'we care for our brothers and sisters in fate'

can someone help me with this?
i cant figure out what to do. it must be some kind of setting, because when i load another game of my which i played before i see it.

i tried to post a printscreen to be more specific what i meant, but unfortunately the is to big ????

Are you certain you already checked the left most part of the screen?
Let's say if you open up foreign advisor <F4> and hover on the leaderheads, would that be working?

it allready works. i was to abortive with my post. i detected this by the start of the game when i just met another civ. But later on when we had open borders, i saw it.
