[R&F] Screen flickering during Skype screen share

My friends and I like to play single player Civ VI together as the court or cabinet of a single faction, but for a few months now sharing the game video feed has killed diplomacy. The trade menu is just black with periodic flickering in of the menu but never for long enough to see what we’re doing, ending screen sharing stops it but it’s a real nuisance. Anyone?
