The "Worked by 1 Citizen" seems more like how specialists in districts (buildings) operate than assigning workers to tiles, no?

Modern road uses 0.5 movement points. Did we know that?

I'm pretty sure we knew that medieval was 0.75. I wonder where railroad fits in.
Maybe railroads will allow direct novement of units to any city connected by railroad at the cost of one movement point.

Industrial was 0.75
Mideval had bridges

Possibly railroads just give a production bonus (maybe a tile can have both road and railroad)

At 28:59 in the latest Dev LP video I noticed on the mouse-over tooltip that the Settler reduces a city's population by 1 when completed... is that new or am I out of the loop?

It is old. It wasn't in the build played by youtubers in late July, but it was already in famous Barbarossa dev's livestream.

I forced myself to watch last part of The Most Painful Civ Playthrough Ever, and there is an American apostle wandering around with 4 charges.

Do we know where is that coming from? AFAIK apostles should have 2 charges, and apart from Spanish ability there are only two known ways how to increase that number - Hagia Sophia wonder and Mosque building in Holy Site. It is really interesting that America managed to get both by turn 114 (HS comes with education, and I am not that much of a masochist to went through it again to find out whether they built it).

There is a promotion that gives them 4 charges instead of 2.

Yep you're right, I did remember that from Spain playthrough and somehow I thought it's Spains UA, not one of the promotions available to everybody. That explains why there was only one apostle unit with 4 charges, and others have 2.

One more shot - this is how you wage religious wars in Civ6 :D

What's the sun-lounger icon on the Radio tech!?

Likely the Resort improvement that can be built. No details on it, but it's been mentioned. It'll probably increase tourism based on location.

I hadn't seen any mention of resorts but that was my guess as well.

Yet another consideration to be taken into account when planning your cities - maybe you could even specialise a city purely for tourism if it has lots of high desireability tiles, national parks, resorts, etc.

What I believe is our first, unfortunately dark and faraway glimpse at Potala Palace from the Arabia First Look video:
