1906 seems late to be researching square rigging, but maybe they skipped the naval part of the tree. They seem to have cavalry after all.

Edit: Not that late, looking at the tech tree, especially if it wasn't a priority for naval units.

Some good info here. Deserves it's ow thread for maximum dissection.

Sea Resorts, Missile Silos, Jet Bombers, Operation Ivy, oh my

Upgrade paths are

Slinger --> Archer ---> Crossbowman ----> Field cannon ---> Machine gun
Catapult ------------> Bombard -------> Artillery -----> Rocket artillery
Spearman ---> Pikeman -----------------> AT crew -----> Advanced AT

Did I miss anything here?

Nice. The only one I messed up was the Field Cannon.

A barbarian ship in Quill's livestream moved and shot the slinger in the same turn. A horse archer also moved and shot the warrior.

I didn't catch any of the support/cavalry/naval stuff, but in the Nuke video there's mention of a "Rogue" unit, upgraded from a Spy.

Personally that sounds a little backwards but whatever.

Don't trust things you don't see with your own eyes. Reviewers are often mistaken.

From the Marbozir's tech tree we know Computers give additional Spy, and I didn't see any Spy upgrade on the tree.

Phillip's agenda from Marbozir's video:

Loves civs with his religion, hates anyone spreading another religion into his empire.

EDIT: Omg Marbozir again! You see the goody hut, comment on it, and forget to take it next turn :)

Nice video!!

Modern Armor requires Uranium. Okaaaay, maybe it can transform into a GDR. :)
Depleted Shells?

Plus... is one source good enough for your whole empire, or does each unit use a source?

That's still unclear. Units build in a city without encampment require 2 strategic resources, which sounds like every unit needs a source. On the other hand, we haven't seen any strategic resources giving more than 1 afaik.
