That "fort" is just the Castle already in Civ 4. I thought the same thing when I first saw it.
You know, I wonder if the # of Monuments required for the Statue of Zeus may be based on world size? 2 for Standard, 3 for Large, etc.?

The city info mouseover now includes maintenance and some info on buildings in the city. These little things will make managing an empire so much easier.

I think it shows the consequence of passive espionage. Eventaully you get line of sight to rival cities even if you don't have your religion there. In consequence a nerf of the benefits of establishing your state religion in a rival's city?
I don't see it. Can you crop it and upload it here?
Another observation: I really am pleased to see the airships! Now we see in pic 2 of 64 that airships have Rebase, Recon and Bombing buttons... But I am puzzled by the pale yellow diagonal lines (no airpower buttons are active either) superimposed all over the map?
