Some more Tropico Skyrim fun:

Heimskir and the Talos Statue under palm trees

I like this screenshot for some reason, maybe because I can sorta see my follower (Kharjo) holding the rifle.

So, only lightly modded, then? ;)

So, only lightly modded, then? ;)

Yes, and I say that with a straight face because 1) Tropico Skyrim is just a cosmetic mod, it doesn't significantly change actual gameplay, like, say Frostfall or Requiem would (I am coming to this from a CKII perspective, I suppose, where cosmetic mods are generally thought not to really be intrusive) and I don't use any SKSE mods at all, which I really think changes things more than Tropico Skyrim (under the hood, though, of course, in many cases)); and, 2) I don't use a lot of mods to begin with, so seeing the Tropico Skyrim and the guns I suppose would be rather deceptive as those just happen to be the most colorful in my rather meager mod collection.

Anyways, here are some random Oblivion pics.

I had never, ever, in my ~1000+ hours of Oblivion, seen this animation before:

This guy's walking around blindfolded. Appears to be a minor issue with a mod I'm using that generates random generic people in towns.

I dunno how this happened but there was a bandit that didn't attack me for some reason so we just chatted and I left her alone.

You should look into getting the DarNified UI. The default interface is so ugly!

I guess I'm a heretic when I say I'm alright with vanilla's UI. I don't find the DarNified UI a personal improvement when it comes to my tastes (though I understand why people would want it).

The 'modern' OMOD version comes with so many options that it completely replaces BTMod and Improved Interface, two mods that had been in my essential mod list virtually since day one. Next you'll be telling me that you don't use SkyUI, because you prefer the scrolling tabs to the vastly improved modded version.

Yeah I don't use SkyUI. But that's moreso because it requires SKSE, and I will not use any mod that requires SKSE in order to restrain myself, I really can't pile on mod after mod for TES, if for practical reasons rather than principle. (Not to mention mods that use SKSE, in theory, would be a bit less stable overall)

Either way, heh, I know I have some heretical beliefs.

SkyUI improves it a lot. I don't know if it changes how you move stuff around though.

Too bad it doesn't completely redo it, the way Bethesda decided to list stuff is more and more unwieldy the longer the lists get (more so crafting menus and stuff, your actual inventory screen and stuff are fine).

Bethesda "forgets" a lot of things when it comes to their games. At least they didn't fire the people who place the random hidden goodies and little details (ie finding a skeleton of someone who got trapped in a bear trap or something else less sad that is tucked away in a corner).

When you talk with people on horses in Oblivion their heads sometimes stay at weird angles

So this isn't my screenshot, but I wish it were:
