Further to oyzar's instruction, and despite this being the Strategies and Tips forum ... the answer's in the 'FAQ'.

You can usually use your own ISP to upload images, or use a host such as photobucket or imageshack, or use the 'upload' facility here at CivFanatics where there's an impressive 30MB of space.
