Secting tutorial makes the game restart

Sorry if this has been posted before. When I select to start a tutorial session. The game itself actually restarts. It closes and sends me back to windows, then the game starts loading again and goes directly to the start of the tutorial session. Does everyone have this problem?

that's not a problem, if you look it tells you the game needs to restart to load up the tutorial, I believe it runs with different python or something.

When I move the mouse, it says, "Your mouse has moved. Civilization IV must restart your computer for the change to take effect."
