[BTS] Selected civilization and No User Interface error

I'm thinking since it says most recent call last, and that most recent call is the c++ thing, it begins at the top, with Bugutil and the lambda error.

It mentions techs, I've checked the releviant xml files, nothing that would cause this error.

I looked this up and apparently this kind of error is known collectively as a stack trace.

Edit: Looking over it:

Shows I believe what is a tech tree(related to the tech xml file) error. Does anyone have experience dealing with this kind of error, again, help would be appreciated.

That line in CvTechChooser.py points to problems using a unit button. Looking at the buttons the one in Coatl is not like the other buttons. It has 7 layers, whatever they are while the other buttons only have one. One appears to be normal so I am flattening the image by merging visible layers and throwing out the invisible ones. I will report back when I get more information.

thankyou dearly Dancing, it means alot to have your help. I will update the situation as well as without the modular Mu civ, the python exception still occurs. I think that must mean theres more than one button in question?

I've looked over the unit buttons that were recently added, replaced them using a paint progrram.

I will say though, this problem did not appear before Mu was added, and it seems to effect any modular mesoamerican civ, even if Mu is not present in the mod. Almost like it saves the conditions needed to create the error, and repeats it. None of these civs had these problems before either....which confuses me

Yeah this is a very strange error....

the mod was working until afew days ago. Last thing I added before Mu was the techs Siege Warfare and Metallurgy, I hope that helps.

Do you notice that not all civs have the error either? I've noticed and narrowed it down to the Olmec and Totanacs, and the artstyle does not matter because the Toltecs themselves work, and they use the Toltec Artstyle

I used a generic button that works elsewhere and the problem persists:(

More investigation needed.

Definitely strange. But your helping Dancing, means alot.

I should clarify the user interface error happens ONLY when playing as Mu, Olmec or Totonac. Its not the Toltec artstyle, but I imagine something in these civs.

I can confirm the Olmec civ as working as of afew weeks ago. I didn't make any changes to it since the last release version. So then the question is why is it giving the python error and user interface problem? Very odd. Once again, anyone who has dealt with this or similiar problems and wants to help I greatly appreciate it.
