(Semi-OT) FfH forum game awareness

Can I take NotW XIII? I realise there's quite some time until it comes around, but I'd like to claim it now seeing that if I don't take it now, I'll have to wait even longer.

Also, hopefully my RfMK will be done by then.

That would be sad... till when do you plan on making it go?

Are you playing FFH much? I can help writing if other...

I haven't played FfH much, but hopefully by then, I'll have played a bit more.

BTW, thomas.berubeg, RfMK will probably go for a few more months, until I get a picture of whenever NotW XIII is due to begin.

Ghandi rules, you're welcome to help with the writing if you wish. If you want, you could be "Co-GM".

Damn you Splime. The number Thirteen belongs to me. :aargh:

Well, sign me up for Game #14. The Theme:

Design Your Own Character.

You design your character. You send the description to the GM. The GM writes up the setting. The GM decides how the various characters will mesh (rivalries, freindships, etc.) You mail the GM $100. The GM starts the game.

We will figure out some charactrer creation guidelines when the time nears, but that is the concept, fairly stolen, and therefore, I call dibs!

Assigned NotW XIII to Splime.

Oh no you didn't! Minutes before I steal an idea and sign up? You give away my number 13? Oooo! Oooo! This makes me so :gripe:  :suicide:

You can't call dibs when I invented the idea... :mischief: Of course, no one running NotW IX through XII can steal the idea before you.

Anyway, the NotW I'm designing has some minor elements of that, but still has a framework. Actually, it'll still be fairly rigid.

Oh, and a note to all -- I'm using the Ljosalfar elves in my story, so I ask those who have yet to think of stories to please avoid the Ljosalfar. Thanks! ;)

Heh, hadn't thought about the implications of 13...

I'll let you use your own idea, Splime, if I can have #13. :D

You can have 13 -- but only if I move down the line to 12... hehehehehehehehehehehehe. :D

Seriously though, I'm only using the fact that you can name a type of person to be. Nothing else. I've always thought that the key to immersion in these things is having players create the world they play in.

And Unser, you get 13 only if there's a problem which requires my game to move down to #12. Otherwise, it's not happening.

[TAB]Night of the Werewolves XI — In Uniform
The game will be divided into 2 different bases at war (meaning 2 separate threads). Every cycle will contain 2 phases, the daytime and a skirmish. Battles will only have casualties on occasion. Each base will have spies in the opposing base, werewolves amongst themselves and an execution every day. There will be 40 roles (20 for each side) with ranks ranging from private to
[SIZE=-1]first sergeant and a choice between a magic adept character and a plain foot-soldier.

Tell me what you think.

Sounds complicated, but could be fun. Don't see where the werewolves would come into it though...

A small correction, instead of 'In Uniform,' the name of NotW11 will be 'In Armour.' This was decision was based on the fact that plate armour isn't truly a uniform.
