We seem to be moving in the right direction overall. Just a few remarks.
I don't understand why did the caravell from Kyoto sail north? I think it is very likely that we'll find other AIs on the same continent as Germany, so I propose to send it there.
About castes: it seems that everybody here wants to revolt ASAP. I think it is a mistake. In my calculations the revolt takes place in 350AD (i.e. 30 turns from now) and we still get our 4th GS in 800AD or so. We have to use this 30 turns to finish granaries, forges, lighthouses, etc. If we manage to build most of the stuff quickly - good, but if not, I think Castes can wait a bit.
I am not sure whether researching Alphabet full-speed is a good idea. The only tech that would be nice to get immidiately is Calendar. I don't know if we can trade for it, but I would wait for more contacts first. Maybe somebody has Alphabet already? At least that was the plan we had initially, and I don't see why we should change that.
I am definietly against making peace with Isabella. We should get more contacts soon, so we don't need her techs. Seville may not be a great city, but certainly a decent one, and I want to start improving it ASAP.
I agree with Lexad about city developement plan, I just don't understand one issue:
Edo – ... - high food output, low production. Irrigate grass for optimal pop, mine hills. As there’s no rush, I’d rather not chop trees for Forge.
I think we need only one farm for Edo, so that we can support 4 scientists after the switch. Other then that I would build cottages, because the limiting factor for rushing will be happiness (most of the time we won't be able to whip more then 2 citizens at a time). Also I don't understand why should we save the forests?
There are also 3 potential city spots. We have to decide whether we want to settle them or not now. And if we want to build them, we should start making settlers in Osaka now (before the forge). I think we should build at least the ones on the west coast.
