Rehire the Merchant in Piraeus. Great Person due in 11 turns in Athens and 12 turns in Piraeus.
We have a Paratrooper due next turn in Corinth who can handle any threat posed by the Bab Mace.
Land a Paratrooper north of Borsippa and find 2 more Bab LB’s heading to reinforce the city and I cannot stop them from getting into the city.
Jump another Paratrooper in north of Borsippa from Nippur.
Move two Paratroopers near Nippur into the city.
Use an Airship to attack the Mace near Corinth, reduce his strength from 8 to 6.5.
See two LB’s, two Maces and a Xbow in Sippar.
Stop, Save and Post for comment.
Pull up the save and find a Barb LB standing on the Wheat tile where we want to settle our colony cities.
Attack LB with Airship from Vladivostok, reducing him to 4.8/6. See another Barb LB in the forest to his east.

Move Spear and Settler to the SW.

Decide that we have to use one Airship to recon to the north to check for threats to Akkad. Hammi moved all his units east, there are no units that can threaten Akkad or Nippur.
Decide to attack Borsippa and see how we do before moving units around.

Attack with full strength Paratrooper at 99.8% and kill a LB, now at 17.3/24.
Promote second Paratrooper to Medic1.
Attack Cat in Borsippa at 99.5% and kill him, taking the city. The city contains no improvements so set production to Granary.

We kill the remaining terrorizing Pharsalos.
In IncaLand, there are three LB’s and a Cat in Cuzco, so we attack.
First in are the Airships.
Attack a Guerilla2 LB at 95.8% and kill him, now at 16.8/24.
Attack a Guerilla1 LB at 96.4% and kill him, now at 13.2/24.
Attack a LB at 97.3% and kill him, now at 20.2/24.
Attack a Cat at 99.9% and kill him, we get Cuzco plus 249 Gold and kill a couple of Airships that were in the city, start a Forge.
In Joao’s area, fly a recon mission with an Airship.
Decide to stop here as we can decide where to attack next in Joao’s area.
After Action Report:
Militarily – We have conquered Cuzco and Tiwanaku in Capac’s area. Only surprise is that the Buddhist shrine has not yet been built. But we control the Apostolic Palace and The Great Lighthouse. We have begun our campaign against Joao and taken Coimbra, looks like next city should be Lagos or Oporto. Troop build up in Oporto but the best defensive tile is occupied by a Worker, of course.

Taking Oporto would give us a great advantage in using it as a jump off point for nearly anywhere in Joao’s area. Looks like Fred was pretty much on the mark, Joao has yet to offer any serious resistance. Mausoleum of Marsollos is located in Lisbon, let’s go and take it!
Economy – We are currently losing 384 GPT and have 2078 in the Bank. We are one turn from Steel and have Biology. Just traded for two Happy Pills with Shaka, so our cities can grow some more. Capac still has not researched Education, so we are still safe for Liberalism. A Great Merchant is due in Piraeus in 3 turns.
Things to do:
Hammi’s peace deal runs out in three turns, so we may want to collect a few Paratroopers in the Bab area to wipe him out. The game keeps asking if we want to allow Hammi’s old cities to rejoin his empire, very irritating.
Sparta needs a Lighthouse, when we get a chance.
Borsippa needs a Lighthouse.
