Aug 3-7. So I will probably miss out on contributing to the pre-game discussion. Maybe I will be able to borrow a computer to check-in and post my cool idea about the wizard.
Note: this is a short list because I can no longer access CivFanatics from work computer and I got a new home computer. I go to the tech bulbing preferences almost everygame. I don't think I've checked the others since "saving" them.
What is the overflow bug that obsolete mentions in the discussion thread? I have a vague recollection regarding reading about it. But it isn't something that I consider when playing. It isn't knowledge at the top of my mind when playing, like e.g. barb spawning logic is.
edit: hmmn, maybe I do know the answer to my question, but I will let someone else answer and see it if i'm not as ignorant as I thought.

The maximum overflow is equal to the hammer cost of the current build item. The extra hammers just disappear, instead of going to wealth. This can happen if you chop/whip a warrior (or a scout) , or later on with HE so you have to do some MM to prevent it.
I'd recommend using BULL in non HoF games, it's corrected there.
