Consider whipping SheepTown a barracks with near max OF to get better units out of SheepTown, or build the military units elsewhere.

Oh I've noticed that won't work at all. While the missionary enters Hatshegawa's lands our SoD will teleport and then the missionary will. In the wrong direction. Sadly, the missionary will wait in Toku lands unless the DoW doesn't occur that early. Indeed, capturing Akhetaten will take time.
Any solution.
It isn't that bad but the missionary will arrive depending the DoW. Possibly T132 or T133.
It's no big deal... that missionary will go either on the second boat or the CentrePort Genghis gift. Both are many turns away, and peace with Hatse may be possible by then. We just need to have built it and done something with it. Is sending it to WestPort for the second boat there reasonable?
Okay, if the war is triggered a bit too early, then Settler 16 will have plenty of time to catch up the missionary from SheepTown.
But sending this missionary from SheepTown to WestPort is going to take over 10 turns, not sure it is the best.
But a DoW from the AI makes the refuse to talk longer than a personal DoW to them; indeed it's a hard call.
My question, do we take the risk to send the missionary in Hatshegawa lands to possibly let him bump back to Toku lands and get killed by a WC?

If it were to go west, we'd build it in DeerGold, of course. Even if the missionary were to build in SheepTown and go east, and the DOW was late enough to get it safely to EastPort, it's not going to have a boat to get onto until EastPort builds a second trireme, which might take until T140 or later. So the travel time to WestPort is no big deal - it will probably not build a second trireme until after EastPort, though, so perhaps the attempt to go east is best, unless we find out by T127 something that makes West clear.
Got a screenshot of the vote options, Tachy? Holy War probably came up because of the playerless 'full member' dummy-team not being at war with Liz...
Did you Alt+F1 check for possible liberation of Westport right after settling (probably Shaka or Cyrus)?
So now there is an additional hidden +1 in effect which can only be the underdog bonus -> Hatse has player rank 5.
