and I decided not to attack the Keshik headed south. Odds are 86%, but then pike would be vulnerable. Better to let it heal. That Keshik is headed to PG = certain death.

Oh and never mind about the LB garrison in OS. I will move the spear back.

Not so sure about Varanasi. It is right next to GM's northern city (taken from Joao) and close to the rails. I will see what kind of garrison it has. We can always build more missionaries and guaranteed spread (if it is still w/o religion) is good. So I will go there (if he survives).

Not sure exactly what is in Ironsides, but we could have a big problem if his stack goes that way.

Most likely scenario to me is that his stack will attack ours if we leave the city, but this is much better than the stack heading to Ironsides

We have GK's capital - he is down to 6 cities and woefully behind in tech and hurting.

Joao has been slowed a bit by the GM war. Having Joao and Evil on par is good for now.

We have 2 good tech coming our way in two turns. Nat to be stolen from Mansa and Optics from Joao in trade. Both items we need. We will be first to Educ.

We have lost visibility to Mansa's city builds so we should perform an infiltrate after 2 turns to see if he is going for the Taj. And plan for where we should build.

I would vote for continuing north to take the elephant city from GK and after that he should be defenseless. Trebs, trebs and more trebs.

Only downside has been losing the shared war which will take some time to re-establish.

Wow, GK really pimped out his castle in Karakorum. He built the Oracle-wait, not really-and nothing substantial- unless it was all lost on the city capture.

Suggestions for next few turns:

Send chariot 1 to hill 1N of Karakorum and take screenshot this turn, then retreat to Karakorum.
Slow build Market in Washington. We have to maximize that commerce!
Build Settler in Fish City 1 turn, then whip away three unhappy faces!
Build monument in Beshbalik one turn, then whip! Whipping on crappy food tiles isn't efficient. Once deer and corn are online, this is a whipping machine.

Clean up the reminders SW of Washington. Get rid of anything GK. Does anyone know the turn for the Gandhi note "demand 60 gold from Ga"? Get rid of the Joao trade stuff with the exception of the cow beg.

Do not trade Marble since we want if for Taj.

I think we should upgrade the spear to a pike an leave him and axe three to defend Karakorum. Start bombarding the elephant city in two turns, then sweep back around to Turfan. Hopefully we will have another stack coming up through New Sarai.

We are 5 turns away from Education. Shouldn&#8217;t we start planning for Oxford? We need libraries and unis. We want to start building the Taj in 2 or 3 turns. Wouldn&#8217;t it make sense to build a Confu missionary or two for our non-Confu uni cities, instead of building a market in Washington that we won&#8217;t be able to finish anytime soon? We might want to run Org. Religion while building unis (and the Taj). What will be our 6 uni cities? Wash, FC, PC, OS, Beshbalik, Karakorum?

We are 5 turns away from Education. Shouldn&#8217;t we start planning for Oxford? We need libraries and unis. We want to start building the Taj in 2 or 3 turns. Wouldn&#8217;t it make sense to build a Confu missionary or two for our non-Confu uni cities, instead of building a market in Washington that we won&#8217;t be able to finish anytime soon? We might want to run Org. Religion while building unis (and the Taj). What will be our 6 uni cities? Wash, FC, PC, OS, Beshbalik, Karakorum?

What will our slider do once we get education? It will sit at 100% gold for many turns, most logically until we get Oxford built. A market can be built in 5-6 turns. I would rather whip the market in Washinton than to delay or not build it.
