You're right about my confidence here, I did send 2 Cuirs (both of them can attack on T129 along with the HAs). I can still pull 1out

About the units to Toku, you could send 1 Cui this turn to take a look 1st and then decide how many are needed.

We captured Mycenian losing 2 HAs and founded Fish & Ships.

Things are going well, I've uploaded the EOT 129 if someone can take a quick look at city builds (some cities are resuming Markets instead of Cuirs while regrowing).

Also I think we should upgrade 3 HAs to Cuirs this turn on the KK border (those that aren't medic or flanking) for 510G

Yeha: Edit: Culture+granary, there's a forest can be chopped.
Const: Market, it needs to grow and work on the cottages.
 
Moreover, try to send an axe to the island city. AI won't do amphibious attack, but will attack an empty city.

Switch the build in Adulis to a settler(for another island site) and time the WB when the border in Fish&ship pops.

You still have not traded Dye for 1gpt from KK.
 
You could also cancel the Wine/Silk deal now, and sell the Silk to Kublai for 1GPT.
