More thoughts. We're significantly behind where we could be, having wasted buckets of hammers on spies. Capturing Mecca and completing the Aes wonders seems like a very powerful combination. Thus, the determination on whether to build RAX and other buildings should be strictly, imo, whether they help capture Mecca asap.
I'm not even convinced we'll hang on to HC, FC, and Bovina forever. We might chop 'em, whip 'em and drop 'em.
I'm now leaning towards these ideas too. I think HC needs to bleed!
How about this:
HC : Rax + 3 Praets ... all on or before T113
(uses 1 chop and one 2whip + one 1whip.)
We won't spend much time at size 4 (we grow too slow). Therefore no new mine.
Btw, are you including the forest at HC-2W1N which will be ours in 2 or 3t (right?)? We could even start chopping that in advance.
T127?!? Please have aback-upfront-up plan if our scout finds Mecca with its pants down. I expect Mecca to have 2 units, unless it happens to be building a settler which seems unlikely.

Then, when it's out of revolt and can 2whip twice for 3 Praets, we can hit Mecca with 10. A Baghdad Praet can be born and land at Mecca T+1
Yes, this looks much more efficient. I'll set up the 3 galleys + 6 + 2 chariot.
Then 2 galleys follow shortly after.
* Note: if scouting shows Mecca open, we still have the 8 unit and 10 unit options at T126 and T127
Whew. I wasn't going to do a PPP in Anti-TSR fashion, but I probably will...after I play 2 turns.
