I think once Science is done with ch, then everyone else is planning to whip a ch before getting sushi.
Maybe it's worth it for 1 more :gold: to just do it now. I was thinking more cities were dragging on the courthouses, but they're not.
Science at some point will grow 1t sooner because of +1fpt extra, so it's worth it.
Sorry to keep changing my suggestion(s) :hammer2::old:Do at least 1 clam deal.
Then, depending on Peter's gpt consider the others. May need to space out the deals to get more gpt.

I feel we certainly have to wait til Peter picks it or RepParts or MT.
If we really don't want to sit at 0%, we could do Steel, but I think we're gonna run out of money while we're trying to stabilize with ch's and bank/market/grocer in Silver. And then we're giving up on the +200 harbor.
How about 50% Steel? until Peter decides.
At 50% slider, we're at -50 gpt and won't be able to spread Sushi. I think we should stay at 0% until Peter decides or Peter builds a harbor and we do our trade mission.
 
I was thinking of preserving population too (and anger), but I forgot Whales doesn't care about anger.

At one point, 100 pages ago, I calculated:
having an extra pop (scientist) is +9bpt. A loss of 90 over 10t if you whip it away.
So what good is 75:gold: overflow failgold if you lose 90 by having one less pop? It will take 10t with one less scientist (+2 fpt) to regain that pop.

If we've run out of scientist slots (slavery) or growing into anger, then yes, we can whip for maxOF, especially in Whales. But i'd still like to see a shorter term target like HE vs Herm. OF into barracks? then HE?
As I said, that OF goes into an executive, not wonder bread. This discussion is good but not relevant for my turnset. ;)

Several things will work just fine here, but my suggestion would be to put two OF (bank, market) into temple. And 4 whip the grocer with maxOF into barracks if we don't have one or finish the Dun, or HE
In other words, whip the really big stuff for as much pop as possible.

maybe a better way to say it is just whip bank, market, grocer as soon as you have the pop for it and put all OF (max or not) into temple/rax. Don't put more than 14/150 and 19/200.
 
The blockade is off so no need to cover rice tiles, right?
might as well cover them so he doesn't get the hammer and just works coast. Sadly he will probably whip something. 3rd Tri?

Might be good to divide and conquer. So if 3rd trireme is the case, we'd probably want to lure the other 2 tri's farther away.
 
We have 4 workers that can complete another forest preserve in Science City right now.
Shouldn't they do that?


Now that Sitting Bull has broken our blockade, shall we use our spy to blow up his Lighthouse?
This should resume the starvation down to 2pop.
I don't think we will be bombarding down Cahokia any time soon with our Catapults focusing on scouts.
If we do this, then we need to build :espionage: on Sitting Bull back to 170.


The injured Scout should stay in place all by itself according to testing.
It should be safe to move away the blocking units for the 1st one.

When we hit the 2nd Scout with Catapult, it must not be on an important tile like Gems or a forest we plan to preserve.

The best time to settle our Great General in the capital?
It must be when Sitting Bull can no longer force us to Cease Fire.
With Slavery SB has some fangs once again.

That means we can settle only when our 2nd Caravel arrives down there and reasserts our naval dominance.
I'd say T160 we should know if settling the Great General is safe.

You are right. Science pays 20.75 at pop 6, silver 21.65 at pop 7 without courthouse. It's 0.5 with courthouse.

Injured scout doesn't move even without being trapped. We may need to move the warrior and musketman near cows city to protect the farms. Send the GG into the forest 2N1W?

How about killing the 2 newly captured workers and only spare the bait worker now that ceasefire is 10t+ away?

We will keep teching Steel at 50% until a) the GM trade mission goes to 1500:gold: or b) Peter picks his next tech.
I forgot about this in the PPP. I'd like to keep the slider at 0%, not 50%, to ensure that we have enough gold for Sushi spreading. Let me know if people think we should up the slider which could put us into financial stress in a few turns.
 
0% steel is fine with me.

Clever, but he's in slavery and will probably whip down to 2 (hopefully a worker) and then we can keep him from growing to 3 ever again.
btw, we have over 180 eps on him already.
