Is would probably be best to bribe Peter to Dow SB if we DOW.

That takes us to -9 Diplo withSB, but Peter will become SBs worst enemy and we will get even more Diplo with Peter from shared war.
 
Are you sure he can even draft dogs? that it matters much warrior vs dog.
I suppose any +1 unit could be just enough to prevent our skeleton crew from finishing the job.

Once we bribe Peter onto SB we’ll get negmods with Peter from bribing SB to convert civics. Maybe even -4. :eek:

But we don’t want to give SB Nationalism without giving it to Peter. So we’ll need something else to bribe Peter onto SB, when the time comes.

That said, what about T135 Nationalism to both and put SB into T135 Nationhood. And take back our silver. If he drafts PP or Cahokia he’ll drop 4 happies just like that. His economy ought to take a hit. Then T140 Castes and he has no wherewithal to run scientists.

If he’s dumb enough to draft...

Probably work better if he were at war with Peter.
 
I don't have the Tachywaxon worksheet anymore, and the link in Civ Illustrated is broken.

Will just us and SB having Nationalism be enough to keep SB from trading it?

His 80% of others needing to have the tech before he will trade it should keep the tech with SB.

Then again I was wrong when I said SB would not trade Iron Working to us.


If we want SB in Nationhood T135 and Caste T140, that is fine with me.

If he builds barracks and drafts garrison units, the angry citizens won't be as bad since he has Hereditary Rule.

Ah, worst enemies I forgot about that.

-4 if we trade with either one, and constant demands to halt trading with them once the war is over.

Perhaps bribing Peter to DoW is a bad idea if we want to use SB for trade routes afterwards.

If we have the tech SB wants to trade to Peter, then 100% of the other players he knows have the tech.

Sheetsky. Nationhood+HR works well for SB. PP just needs a rax. We don’t want to encourage that. Glad we didn’t give him stone.

You’re right ofc. I was looking at the OR icon and thinking HR. Back to sheetsky. Nationhood is all around crappy. So to repeat WT’s question, are you sure he drafts dogs?

Minus silver plus castes. Production should be pretty slow.

Steal Treasury really low, although much higher than Peter.

I guess we do the Castes and silver T135 and watch what happens to his tech rate and builds.

Nice that we see into PP now.
 
Also:
1. We’re going to run out of cash, right? What’s our tech plan at that point?

2. The spy does not make it to the galley at Canal1s1w on T143 without three roads or a road on Clam-2n1e, where we hope to spread forest. Or am I missing something? One solution would be to pick the spy up on T142 and hand off to returning caravel T143 for deposit in PP T144.
