Still getting back to the issue about which version to use, I've played a couple of test games and 500BC seems too late for the GL. So that would get rid of the main PTW benefit, for me anyway. So I'm starting to favour C3C.
I wouldn't mind another chance of sneaking past Xteam and Tao though.

I don't think a firm decision was made, but it seems we were generally leaning towards PTW. In either version we are likely to have to build the Great Lib brick by brick anyway so using a GL in PTW was a bit of a stretch. For me its a coin toss, but I'm content to remain PTW just to keep that competition more active.
I myself will be out of town next week, back in on Friday the 20th. I should have a laptop and be able to communicate, but I wont be able to play.
Edit: just checked the signup thread. M-B has posted the current team listings - we are playing PTW again, and have a new member: Crazy Eskimo. Welcome, if you are reading this thread at all!
