I think we agree we all want to win. The question is how do we currently estimate our chances of winning by passive strategy (e.g. developing strong empire, building alliances, waiting for another to make mistakes)?
Unfortunately, passive strategy works best for the leader - such as currently RB - so I am afraid now they do not have much incentive to make mistakes. But you know these guys better than me
