I finished my turn set for the day. I wanted to eliminate Monty and Cathy by 1600 but fell a tad short of my goal. I'm going to forecast a domination victory in th mid 1700s here.
Still trading with Fred giving him very good deals. Saves me a couple turns and he is no threat to me. If I ever invade him, it'll be with infantry or better so no worries here.
Let's finish off Monty. 1600 is the goal!
I finish the SoL.
Mansa and Hatty agreed to peace so I incited another war. Saved two turns on Steam Power to boot!
Washington turned in to quite the GP farm. Perhaps taking it in the beginning of the game would have been a good idea. Anyway, I matched this guy with an old prophet for another golden age.
The war with Monty is going very easy since he has no horses.
Check out this war weariness!! It's pretty bad in my established cities too.
Monty was extermined in 1610. Just missed my goal. He provided a bunch of promotions for my troops and I think my guys are unstoppable now. Cannons, grenadiers, rifles, trebs and infantry.
I finished off Cathy as well. That'll remove some unhappiness from the Russian cities.
Here's a shot of my troops. Those shown on the bottom are in Tenochtitlan and those on the left are in Calixlauhuuhuhudfhd. I'm just going to let them heal a couple turns, upgrade most to infantry and then enter Hatty's land.
Since she is still at war with Mansa, most of her troops should be to the north. I'm going to guess she'll capitulate to me pretty quickly and then I can either attack Mansa or Fred.
If I want, I could get Military tradition from Fred and Communism from Hatty.
Not sure if I need either. 1 turn from combustion so Mansa is probably only has 2 techs on me. Physics ++
I have a huge lead in everything. Probably go after Mansa instead of Fred. Anyway, I've always had the opinion that you can't really call it a domination victory unless you can dominate the #1 AI.
