I have been tinkering with Sheaim as my civ and was getting increasingly frustrated by blight and pestilence. If the entire driving force behind the civ is to raise the Armageddon counter it seems screwed up that blight and pestilence still smack them right in the teeth. I know that the Blight Event won't destroy all of their improvement but the blight still cripples all cities. In fact, I was still reeling from the blight unhealthiness long after some of the good civs had rebuilt their improvements.
Then you add in pestilence and it it becomes too much to deal with. Why on earth should the civ that revels in blight suffer so severely from the effect? Is their lemming blood in their veins?
