Finland believes the American treaty against the British Empire really is unfair and further leading to weaken her power.
Finland supports all the clauses as the British support a referendum within Newfoundland but we oppose any other forced territory exchanges. The British we urge to let go of their territories in the Indian Ocean in the sake of peace or at least a fair peace given India's policy which showed no signs of discontent until the declaration giving Britain no time to react or advert war.

To USA, Berlin Pact
Finland would a like a peace to be worked out that both parties can agree to between the USA and the Berlin Pact. This war is unessecary and much could be gained in fact thousands if not hunderds of thousands of lives. We purpose that each side sign a cease fire for one year (After the Next Update) to work out some sort of settlement.
