good good now all we need is for everyone to agree and then we can carry on. Of course i agree and America would agree is Canada and India agrees. Is there anyway to note that Mexico wont get 1 million dollars for a person getting sick when signing the treaty. Britain has no proof of anyone getting sick.

I would dearly love to start the update but Italy and the USA have both not sent in orders. If they do not send it in the next 4 hours I will recruit new players. I am not forgiving when it comes to having a major power in my neses.
