Nor will it rule out the use of nuclear weapons against strategic targets in retaliation of an chemical, biological or nuclear weapons on civilian Iranian targets. This announcement does not mean that Iran has any intention of using either of this options any time soon, however it would be silly to rule out such options. The Islamic Republic believes strongly in the idea of Mutually Ensured Destruction to ensure world peace.

We will hold the referendum agreed upon between the U.S. and President Gelion, with the options for the Colombian people of keeping independence, joining Venezuela, or becoming an independent Commonwealth under the control of the United States.
If, as you say, the Colombian people are doing better under your rule, they will show their appreciation in the referendum.
