Should the Dems work to shutdown the Government?

The dems should not work to shut down the government. That's irresponsible Republican antics.

Dems should write a budget plan that puts in all of their priorities, revokes the tax bill, and then all go home and wait for the GOPers to act. And if they want something done, they can do the Democratic plan, and if they don't do that, then they own the results completely.
