People get all wound up about 'we gave <insert country> a <insert large quantity> dollars without realizing we didn't actually give them dollars. We just covered their tab when they shopped at designated businesses we needed to support to put money into circulation. How do you think we lead the world in exporting weapons by such a huge margin? How do you think we keep our remaining agricultural industry viable? Lord knows even as fat as we are we can't eat all that.
