Doesn't Indiana connect to Wisconsin, sorta?

I'm not sure of the exact location. It was definetely another state next to Indiana though. It was late at night and I was asleep, and my dad saw a sign saying "Blah blah blah Airport Near South Bend" and "Wiscosin" or maybe it was Minneapolis? No, that's even farther away, isn't it.

Either way I woke up in roughly the same spot I fell asleep, and I asked my dad what was going on.

Actually I have have flown in to Chicago and drove to South Bend, now that I think about it. So add Michigan onto there. Oh wait. Is Chicago in Illonois?

Wow, I'm really losing credibility on this story due to my total ignorance to Midwestern geography...once I get the city we drove to straight, I'll hate it. ;)
You can probably add Illinois to your map too, unless there's a teleport device that allows you to bypass Illinois and drive into Wisconsin (Indiana doesn't border Wisconsin). :p

I haven't traveled enough.
And the worst is that I won't leave France this summer. I hate that.

Here's my map :

I've been only in 26 countries... and that includes Monaco and the Vatican City. :(

This is the European countries I've visited :

I wonder why Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are considered as separated when the Basque Country or Catalunya are more autonomous than those place.

:( Indeed!
I went to two provinces outside of Québec and only four american states. I can't afford to travel anywhere because I need my money to pay the bills, the rent and go to school.
I think you went in a lot of countries. Perhaps it was sarcasm, I sure hope so. If it's not, then boo-hoo! ;)

Well, I'm sorry you're right. Many people cannot afford to travel as much as I've already done. However, I want to see the whole world ! I just love to travel... this is the thing I love the most in the world. Some people like better to get the big TV and the big car, I like better to see the world (didn't say it was your case). I don't have enough opportunity to travel. :(

It's called Michigan and Canada.

Travelling is a great thing to do (or so I hear). You're very lucky and to be honest, I envy you a lot! ;)
Next year I might have enough to finally cross the Atlantic and go see the country of my ancestors. I want to go see Fontenay-le-Comte en Poitou, where my oldest ancestors lived before coming here. So no big-screen tv or big cars for me!

As you can see, not many places. (Traveled through New Jersey, but haven't seen anything there. I've only been to Assiateauge (sp) Island in Virginia.).
Yeah, New Jersey is just a giant highway. Every traffic report for New Jersey on TV and almost the entire state is colored in gray for roads.

Never really spent time there.....gone through on coach bus through it to Pennsylvania for football training camp.

As for New York.....been up near Albany only one, went to Westchester County a few times just north of the city and the Catskill Mountains....mostly I'm just stuck in this city. Y'all are lucky you get to escape as much as you do, even though that say they havent been far.

People live here too! Most densely populated state in the Union, and proud of it ;)

Seriously, though, Nj is just a huge highway-and-shopping-mall. It's really sad being stuck between NY and Philly.

the world visited (5%) :( not that much

Damn, I'm only at 12%, and I'm already past 12% of my life :(
Well, at least in the next year I'll add Portugal, Marocco, Russia, Estonia and Finland.
Note that I have been in all the European microstates! :D

Of course, that's what convinced me Europe shouldn't be one country :p

BTW, you've been to the US? ;)

Surprizingly, we've been almost in the same countries you and me... and we came to opposite conclusions. Maybe the big difference comes from the fact you've been in Turkey and I didn't. :D

I've been four times in the US. I've been desappointed of LA because it's simply not a city for me (there's no center). I loved the landscape of Arizona but the people over there were pityful. And I've been thrice to New York City because I fell in love with that city. ;)

Mine isn't that impressive

I'm continually surprised that anyone of moderate means has either the time or money to go on holiday nowadays, tbh, considering how astronomically high the general cost of living is on time and finances. I haven't been abroad on a proper holiday abroad since 1997. I went on a weekend trip to Paris in about 1999, but that was such a dreadful, murderous, intensely awful experience I don't particularly want to talk about it.

I've lived in a lot of different states (nine for more than two months, five of those were over a year), and I'm going to be visiting Arkansas next weekend.

My world map is pretty much the result of US Navy tours.

I'm going to get over to Europe in the next couple years, a life goal is to visit every continent, so I'm three out of seven so far.
