no drafting, and you can only declare war on someone if you declare it "holy" (holy meaning so that they don't wipe you of the face of planet later)
Edit: New rule list

Build 3 buddhist wonders
you can only draft 10 times the whole game
no slavery or caste

You can only declare war if you find it holy or think their a threat (real or imaginary
)
can only send out settlers with buddhist missionaries

Siddhartha of India: The Civ 4 Buddhist Challenge
here we go, know lets see our start
ooo, corn, also since we'll add marble and gold, this is a good start (and we have ivory which we'll need lator)
EXPANSION!
the year was 3680 bc, 3680 years before christ would come (no joke christianity was founded at 1 ad in this game of civ 4!) a great leader came, The Buddha! His teachings taught inner peace and would be the guiding philosophy that would destroy or create india, after his death delhi become known by a different name: Lumbini, named after his birthplace which was long gone by the time he died
as you can see we founded buddhism
next, we see our warrior after being attacked by a lion in a tough jam
and here's where our start seems a bit worse... atleast its not cyrus
will we die? will we not? will every one become elephants and chase immortals in 900 a.d.? <----(hint hint)
