Isn't it strange how there are siege towers in the original Civ IV opening movie, and they figure very prominently in the Warlords opening, and on the Warlords main menu. But still no siege towers in the game, or even in any of the scenarios.
Ah, I see. I don't think it's all foot units, just units with City Raider promotions or an inherent +% City attack (like Swordsmen). Odd that I didn't see it during the Barbarians game I played. this is from the globaldefines xml. i was just coming online to see if anyone knew what it was, but i think this thread answered my question. presumably if you set it to 0, all units would get a siege tower.<Define>
