SIM CITY 4: Maxis' Website Registration

I have a problem:


I have registered as a site member, but I have found that i cannot download any buildings for the game as just a site member, so i have to register my game. This i did up until I had to input the game's SERIAL NUMBER. I can't seem to find the game's serial number on the case. Is it the ISBN number above the barcode? I tried it and it wouldn't work. Can someone please tell me where I can find the serial number for the game on the case?

I have Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition.

The serial number is on the back of the manual above all the hotkeys.

i think you do have to sign up to an account, but you don't need a game code, and you don't have to pay a cent. there a literally thousands of buildings on there, you can find pretty much anything you want.
