I think of course, that there is some truth in your words. It is, as we all know, easier to hide a lie when some truth is spoken.
You are probably right about hospitalizing and jailing mechanisms - I did not notice it, because I DID NOT READ anything between day 4 and a moment of my release from jail (it is why I wanted someone to summarize things for me).
You are also probably right about a cult - it seems like a proper game mechanic for what we see.
But, I will bet dollars to donuts that YOU ARE a Stratchians already.

I think we repeat this exercise every single game. And even new people in new forums fall for the same traps. paulwhoisaghost: "I enjoyed your song and dance though... you're a pretty good fast talker, but so am I... and you can't BS a BSer." This is what paulwhoisaghost said to me after I agreed with him, and correctly identified both mafiosi in the Halloween Trick or Treat mafia, joining the game on the last day. His reversal is what lost him the game. Further, need I remind you all that the streak, which has existed for years, since my second game of mafia EVER, where I have not been lynched without a positive detective result as mafia, is still in existence.

How about this little gem where basically everyone in the game thought I was guilty? And were ahem, wrong, while I lynched both scumbags on the final two rounds?

Too bad Death is yonder isn't here. He's been able to correctly ID me as a townie in several games where the majority of folks thought I was guilty. He'd be able to read my behavior this round for exactly what it is: cocksure townieness, laughing victoriously at my either scummy or woefully inaccurate accusers.

One of the few people ever to either try and read me, or succeed at it. You could learn from him.
 
That said, I cordially invite you all to join the ever-growing heap of the ill-fated askthepizzaguy accusers. At least you'll be in good company. You'll be able to say "all those other people were just as bad at this as I am!" :D
 
You of course can't let me get away with this. Taunting of this magnitude must be punished, you see, even if it loses you the game. Do like this gentleman suggested:

I never wanted to claim that I UNDERSTAND you, or that I can predict your moves, or that I can see through your plans/comments

I just wanted to say that I know you in the meaning 'I have seen you before'. I know from the past how hard to read you can be, and I know very well that I have thought that you were mafia when you were not, and that I thought you were town when you were mafia...

So, what I wanted to say was: if someone, unknown to me, was to say something similar to what you have said, I would believe that he is innocent, because my feelings tell me so. Sadly, I know that I cannot trust my feelings when it comes to you. I am trying to read you, and I will try in future, but for now the best move for me seems to ignore any intuitions I may have about you.
And then it goes like that: if there is a cult, it would surely want ATPG among its members (sorry, but I cannot stop thinking like that, even if I know it is metagaming). So, either ATPG is cult, or is unrecruitable. I do not believe there are many unrecruitable roles in the game. So, chances are pretty high that ATPG is a cultist. So, if I do not have better target, I can try to lynch him
 
Atpg. Do you realize that all I have done is fos you? I have not actually voted and when I first declared my suspicion of you I was looking for information on wheher or not you were clear? You were the one to jump the gun and go haywire on me. You were the one to actually vote on me being scum. I would have been and still will be fine with lynching a lurker. I am sorry if fosing you is a crime as that is the only way I will be found guilty in this game. That said if you want to lynch me go right ahead. I know I do not have the sway or the experience to change the vote. Just remember how helpful my power would have been if you has kept me alive. I have 2to votes. From the sounds of it you are a hard player to read. I never said I was 100% correct on my fos of you, just that you appeared suspicious to me.

On another note Winston and john have both voted for me without saying a word. Not even agreeing with atpg. They are in my opinion jumping on my bandwagon as they know atpg won't be stopped. I suggest looking there either now or next after you incorrectly lynch me.
 
I can guarantee you i'm not aligned with BigTin or Zack, i'm just not a very good player.

It's simple. Zack's defense of you makes you guilty, or at the very least Scratchy-aligned. You're the best case on the table. Hospitalize: BigTin.
I don't like, however, the way ATPG presents his cases. As a townie, he appears detrimental to cooperation. Either that, or he's a complete genius. As mafia, he's acting... just like he would usually. That's what makes me think that he's not mafia.
That being said, I have a question for you, ATPG.
Firstly, you claim to be very pro-town. Keeping that in mind, what do you have to gain from bringing up five or so cases at once (Verarde, myself, Jarrema, Olaf, BigTin...)? As a townie, would you rather not focus on one person at a time instead of dividing attention?
 
Just one thing. Did it not occur to you that Zach ia an extremely smart player who at the time could have known you would expect him to name an ally and have actually named an enemy in case he was lynched to help his teammates? If you do not think that happened then fine vote for me. But think about it. I can be useful with my two votes. Killing me loses 2 votes for the town not 1. Good luck town. I will be declared town in a few days. Until then bye all.

Actually, I'd like to know your reasons for thinking he's scum as well. As far as I can see, he's been giving the best reasoning for his votes out of anybody in the entire game. Doing well doesn't make somebody scum.

To ATPG:

I'm going to unvote Gone 3 the Celt, if you really think my reasoning is off. I was simply trying to participate and get some ideas out there, since as far as I could see nobody else had any ideas. Because no matter what else happens, if town players can't work together as a cohesive unit, we are completely screwed. I posted, being open to counter-reasoning, and got accused for my efforts.
I am in no way hostile to the town. I'm nominally here to survive, but if I can help the town win as well, that's what I want to do. May anybody with a kill ability strike me down if I lie.

To BigTin:

I'm rather inclined to believe ATPG right now. Hospitalise: BigTin, and I sincerely hope ATPG is right.
 
Hospitalise: Winston Hughes I know it will mean nothing, but ATPG probably is town, if not well played. Winston on the otherhand jumped onto my bandwagon without any other comments, which I feel is scummy. He voted than left. john at least commented about something else. That is my fos, I know no one will follow it but I want to at least help once I have been proven innocent, again.
