There is no limit. All that stuff is possible you just gotta research and develope it with projects and stuff.

i dont understand how this rpg works. does silver roll a dice or jus make up some $hit everytime you give him an order to invade somebody? where's the challenge and strategy? jus curious, as i understand nothing of how these games work.

It's based on the stats on the front page and the tactics and strategy in the orders.
