Well, the people really like being a part of the Empire, and who are we to deny them? The people of Genoa are now having the status of Electors in the Empire, and we will ensure that Catholicism is brought to the people of the region. Him and any other who stands to his side will be excommunicated as well. For the excommunication to end I demand 1. Italy, other than savoy, will be released from frank rule. 2. King clovis III will surrender the crown and ruling dynasty to the duke of Aquitaine. 3. King Clovis III will ,personally come to Rome to ask for forgiveness from the pope and pray that god may show him as much mercy as I do.

For his eternal loyalty to the Imperial Crown, Louis, the brother of Duke Francis II, will now become the one true Catholic Pope at Avignon. The Pope will swear fealty to the Emperor and acknowledge the Emperor of France as his sovereign. The Frankish Empire has now been rechristened the Holy French Empire. The Duke of Aquitaine, for his loyalty, will now be allowed to call himself Prince of Aquitaine, as well as his heirs. The Imperial City of Genoa, The Principality of Aquitaine, The Duchy of Savoy, and the Kingdom of France will now be incorporated into the Holy French Empire. Such announcement from the mortal king just comes to show how filthy and greedy and unfaithful he is. ONLY god can decide if a Pope is mismanaging. Only god declares who is king and of what. It seems the king of the franks is confused about his persona! He seems to think he is god, choosing a Pope for himself!
