I don't mind y'all revising your orders in response to events that occur in the thread, but my PM box fills up real quick, and upwards of 2 PMs is a nuisance. It's fine if you have done it already, we can't change that, but please keep this in mind in the future.
My advice is to hold off on sending orders until a few days before the deadline; this way you not only have more time to think things through, but most of the important diplomacy has occurred and it's easier for you.
