Slave rebellions WITHOUT end?

[OMG!!!]

I was enjoying this mod and all that, but something is breaking the fun in my game. A slave rebellion in my most important city lasting during 20-30 turns WITHOUT END. Don't care what I do, I crush the rebellion, pay the slaves, let the time pass, etc. killing all the people making it a 1 size town... the next turn the rebellion continues!

I even abolish the slavery choosing other civic and it continues!

Is this a bug? What I can do?
