Fixed indeed. I thought about making a stingy comment but I zoomed out and let it bee.
Honeystly, it is great to see these bugs fly away so quickly.

"letting you immediately assign a Governor" : this text could be appended with "even without two active laws"

It's the garrison that allows Gov assignment, not the laws. The number of laws allows building garrisons. So technically it's correct.

Note I said "technically". For clarity it might pay to add that.

The conditions for founding a particular religion seem to appear in the Help section...until someone founds the religion, and then they're gone.

They should remain their in some fashion for reference.

I don't know why I cannot select any ambition:

However, if I minimize this windows, I can select it at the bottom left.

If I save and reload, the problem is fixed.

Yes I had this too with several choices, not just ambitions. I think it was always only the bottom one available. Found the workaround (minimize) too .

I had to quit a game recently when my ambassador died, I replaced her on my own, but when the prompted event came up, all my options were grayed out and I could not advance without choosing something....I wonder if I had done your save and reload if that would have helped.

I'm having problems with the tooltip system. When I hover over something a piece of highlighted text a secondary box pops up as normal; I then middle click to lock it, but hovering over a piece of text in the secondary box doesn't bring up any further boxes. Some information boxes are also sometimes getting stuck and can only be removed by pressing the ESC key. Is this a known issue?

I am having similar issues as Ita Bear. For a couple of weeks actually. Often I hold shift but cannot get further tooltips. But since it is not consistent I fear this is an issue that will be very hard to reproduce.

I encountered, but I thought it was fixed, it got better for me last week or the week before?

Yeah we know something funky up with the tooltips. It doesn't seem fully reproducible in house yet for us to nail it. But it's on the radar.

Our UI guy has tried a couple things the last few weeks, which don't seem to have fully fixed it yet.

I came here just to post the exact same thing, except my ruler is even older. Seems to be something amiss here.

Yes, I abdicated so my grandson could take the throne. The decision definitely seems to be bugged; I chose the top option which should have made Queen Hatshepsut the heir, but the actual current heir is the grandson's brother.

That was the same for me, it didn't match the succession panel on the right either. I gave the throne back and then I won and the timeline recap became a madness
