Try MacGold in the UK? I got it from them ex stock when Amazon UK kept stalling on their delivery date.

Are you talking about version of C3C in the german tongue? or only that it is sold by a german reseller?

If the first is the case I can see why, but if the later is the case I don't beleve it!

We never had Civ in german (except the unlucky game of the year edition).
Civ 1, Civ 2, Civ 3 - all the US version.

So, in fact the information I got was, that for our reseller in germany the purchase price would be so high, that the selling price would not be acceptable to the buyer.

I do not know whether this is the real reason or not, but it is the official info they gave.

That's weird. You might want to contact ASH (http://www.ashgames.de/mac.html) and see if they're going to be doing a German translation. I haven't heard anything one way or the other, but it may be in the works.

I started mailing with ASH (Mr. Steffen Ritter) in November 2005.
Talking about Civ3_Complete and Civ4.
On January 5th I recieved the last mail from him which was a short "I don't know". I answered his mail by sending this link
" http://www.macnn.com/articles/06/01/05/civilization.iii.complete/ " and a word that this may be helpful (I had got a notion that ASH had overlooked Civ3_Complete)

On February 2nd Arktis told me at phone that they will not incorporated Civ3_Complete in their sales program. It seems to me that ASH has denied bringing Civ3_Complete to the german market and that Arktis had searched for a foreign vendor whom they indeed had found, but no deal was done for the pricing reason.

Yeah - I tried right now. Surfed around their page.
I have not find a option that they will deliver outside UK.

Amazon UK claim to deliver to Germany. Their product status for Complete has changed from "Usually dispatched in 1 to 2 weeks" to "usually dispatched within 24 hours" since I gave up on them. So it sounds like they have it in stock now.

It's version 1.22. Is this the latest? I hope so
