Some PitBoss 1.61 Questions...

Hey guys! Some quick questions regarding the new PitBoss rev...

Is it backwards compatible with currently running 1.52 games?

Is that darn email notification finally working properly? I didn't see any mention of it in the release notes.

How many of you are doing the switch right away?

I'll be checking on that early this weekend.

One thing I know already, my pitboss server upgraded to 1.61 (new game) wouldn't let my 1.52 workstation connect to it.

And it doesn't look like the email notification works on games that were running under 1.52 and are now on 1.61, but presumably it does on games that are started under 1.61 (or Pitboss non-beta, anyway).

Is the password problem fixed? I don't mean the admin password but a user's password being toasted when they go into the options?

Well sort of. It's fixed in that the option was disabled. So if you go into the options, it won't allow you to try to change the password. But it at least doesn't get corrupted if you go into the options.
