pretty self explanatory i think...

also a little bug report: that orange fist wont go away even though i unchecked it in the BUG options...

thanks in advance

Well, FfH did it.

If it is SDK project and you give an overwhelming reason why it is a good idea in RoM, then Afforess perhaps, methinks, will take that under consideration .

I know exactly the feature you are talking about. Dynamic Difficulty levels. IMO, it's in FFH2 to compensate for the fact that FFH2's AI is terrible. RoM's AI is kicking FFH2's AI butt every day. :p

actually i once opened a thread about it
asked if ROM's AI could be incorporated in to ffh

yet we should not belittle ffh
ROM is possibly more masterful in its technical aspects (MAYBE) but ffh is a work of art.
it works on your imagination and ushers you into a different world.
just like a great book.
(at least for the first month before you get accustumed and take it for granted)
i bet those guys could easily become writers.

one failure of ROM is that you didnt include israel.

no disrespect to ROM it is also awesome

I wasn't disrespecting FFH2. They've got a lot of innovative ideas over there. I know, I've stolen a few. :mischief:

PS. Israel is in RoM's mega Civ Pack.

You can move a few civs (like Isreal) over. The new civilizations are in Rise of Mankind/Assets/Modules/Custom Civilizations. Copying the folders for the new Civilizations over to your Rise of Mankind folder in the same place should enable them.

thanks afforess!

I second having the flexible difficulty, I have problems where the start of the game is hard but the end of the game is so easy :( And I love the late game so much so it really kills the game.

THANK YOU, i was trying to find how to do that. Would that move all the UU, UB, ethnic units/buildings and leaders of the civ? There are a couple civs i want to move over.

Yes, they are all self-contained in their respective folders.

i have the same problem. the AI builds so many knights/mailed knights that its science gets slowed way down. the game becomes too easy once i survive the mailed knights and get riflemen first. vanilla civ4 had the same problem with cavalry to a lesser extent. industrialization is where the AI falls behind and needs help. is there perhaps a way to edit the save game to increase difficulty?

Start a new one.

I tried doing this, but when i click on one of the new civs in "play now!" i get and error and i am unable to see any of the info

Did i put the civs in the wrong place? Im able to see normal civs but not new ones.

Yeah something is wrong here, you cant play the game with the civs just in the custom civs folder. I checked civilopedia, the new civs are purple blocks.
