===Suggestions===

All human players have started with 32 gold to spend. Look at what you can spend this on, and spend accordingly. Refer to the first page to see what your options are. For example, you could spend all 32 to boost your Industry by 10(or spend 16 to boost it by 5), or you could purchase 6 armies/navies. Or maybe even start a research program. It's all up to you.

You have five claims, that can be made anywhere. You will get a free fort for every 5 new territories. While instability raises by 1 for every 5 territories, as long as you are at peace, this will dissipate by the next turn.

You are also free to make ONE (1) trade agreement this turn, as is the case with all other turns. You can also sign such things as non-aggression pacts, alliances, defensive pacts, etc. Remember these are semi-hard coded, in that they can affect your stability.

By the way, I changed my map a little. You can see what I did, only a few differences. Also, Malta should be mine, not Rome's.

You should really consider using a different color to mark forts and capitals.

I put your capital in Shanghai, which is nicely centered. Is that okay? You also rule the Chinese coast with complete control of Taiwan.

Yeah, that works well, thanks :) Especially as the idea of the nation is a multicultural East Asian nation, and Shanghai is a large international city.

The only thing Partitionania has against Germany is WWI, WWII, partitioning its lands, and now partitioning former Czechoslovakia. Nothing is going to happen :p
