Creation of Kingdom of italy:
France grands autonomy to italy and creates the kingdom of italy:
1) The gonverment will be elective federal monarhy.
2) The king will be the prime minister of france.
3) Every 4 years there is going to be a new king.
4) All income will go to france.
The kingdom will have all of italy except north italy and rome.
France also creates the Papal states:
1) The patriarch of the french orthodox church will become pope.
2) He will rule in the name of the god.
3) He will be << helped>> by a gonvernor appointed by the President of the french republic.

The papal states will only have rome.

1) The people of venice will elect a prime minister.
2) All other ministers will be appointed by the President of the french republic.
