I am currently constructing my claim map of what I will do if I am in peace, since the war in Europe is blurred in how it is going to be formed, especially regarding whether Arstotzka continues to exist or not depending on its activity level.

That would be doable. Tanks have 2 movement and only 1 attack. If the landing zone is clear they may continue onward and attack elsewhere.
