you can set it on turn 1.
otherwise, i dont think the player can change it.
maybe - the game admin (with an administrator password) can change the password midgame.

sent the game, to blaze, direct.
sent blazes' mail to denyd.

I think (but haven't tried it) that the admin can reset the password to blank and then the player can set it again.

I also sent the file to Blaze Injun (to get his address in my list)
